This role will suit graduates with knowledge of the IT industry and some experience in sales (preferably business to business IT vertical).
Responsibilities
- Recruit new partners
- Identify new alliances to increase the visibility of OrionVM to potential new partners
- Find new revenue sources for OrionVM
- Demo the OrionVM Platform to non-engineering level prospects
- Maintain an accurate representation of work in a CRM
- Be a positive influence on the OrionVM culture
KPI’s
- New Revenue
- Number of Demo’s performed
- New Partner Agreements executed
Experience/Abilities
- Work experience in sales
- Start-up mentality aka “willingness to wear many hats”
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations
- Track record of successful project management through completion
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Communicate fluently in English
- Be creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong understanding of technology solutions with a knowledge of/experience with IaaS industry a plus
- Ability to work independently towards meeting and exceeding revenue targets and goals assigned
- Strong ability and willingness to start new conversations
