Sheng Yeo
Sheng Yeo co-founded OrionVM while attending the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. From their dorm room his team hatched an idea to build an IaaS company using a completely new technology blueprint. Sheng leads the team as CEO and drives innovation within OrionVM, supported by his versatile background, detail-oriented nature and strong management skills.
He received recognition as a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program and was included on the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list. Sheng has been a lecturer for undergraduate and post-graduate Cloud Infrastructure subjects at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and has presented at many industry events.
Alex Sharp
Alex Sharp co-founded OrionVM in Sydney, Australia. As CTO, Alex architects and manages the development of the technology that keeps OrionVM on the cutting-edge of cloud computing. In addition to his role at OrionVM Alex is a strong supporter of the startup community. He also provides mentorship to new ventures at Incubate, a startup incubator run by his alma mater, the University of Sydney, where he studied both Science and Information Technology.
Alex received the Hills Young Innovator of the Year iAward and was included on the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list.
Daniel Pfeiffer
Daniel leads Operations, Business Development and Partnerships at OrionVM. He has been responsible for securing and managing key alliances with leading partners such as SYNNEX, AT&T, and WatchGuard. Daniel’s extensive 20 year tech background spans the gaming, mobile, and cloud industries and includes heading marketing for Verizon Games, launching an award winning B2B mobile ad platform, and speaking at various conferences including HostingCon, IAB Mixx, Converge, Founders Space and AppNation.
Daniel has a BA in Philosophy from San Francisco State University and holds 6 domestic/international patents.
Anthony Woodward
Anthony is a technology entrepreneur, a CEO, and a non-executive director and chair, well known for co-founding and scaling one of Australia’s original and most innovative MSPs Bulletproof (acquired by AC3) from the ground up to $50M in revenue and 200 staff. Prior to Bulletproof, he co-founded an internet service provider, Zip World, during the 1990s internet boom. Over four years, he built Zip World into a significant player in the Australian ISP market before selling to NASDAQ listed Pacific Internet (which ultimately sold to Telstra) in 1999. Recently, Anthony led Logicalis Australia in driving a wholesale culture and service transformation, positioning the business as one of ANZ’s leading managed services providers. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science Major, with Japanese. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). He is passionate about the transformative potential of Australian technology innovation and entrepreneurship, and is a long-time volunteer with the Pearcey Foundation.
Navdeep Saini
Nav is the General Manager at OrionVM, managing the ongoing operations and growth of the business. Nav brings a wealth of innovation and business experience to OrionVM, assisting greatly with productisation, partner success and strategic direction. Nav holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and is an avid tinkerer and adopter of technologies.
